Forum Rules- Keep it friendly and respect other users. This means no posts that may be found offensive/insulting by other forum users. We may lock a thread and give out warnings/bans if we see a flamewar emerging in it. Attacks via PMs will also not be tolerated - please screenshot the offending messages and contact a moderator if you are under one.
- No trolling. Internet trolls are, unfortunately, inevitable. As always, the best way to deal with them is to ignore them and their provocative posts - and simply PM a moderator if the troll continues to behave in that way.
- No spam/thread derailing. This is easily the most important rule of this forum, as spam/excessively off-topic posts destroy the point of the thread ESPECIALLY if it's a forum game. Same goes for thread derailing and necrobumping without a valid reason(e.g a post containing just "bump" and nothing else).
- No excessively disturbing/sexually explicit/illegal content. This applies to all posts as well as avatars and signatures. This is a global ProBoards rule so expect it to be enforced.
- Be careful when discussing controversial topics. This mostly applies to politics and religion - though not explicitly banned, such can easily spark a flamewar and/or derail the thread if not handled properly. As such, it is advised to keep the discussion of such topics to a minimum and be EXTREMELY cautious when participating in it.
- Respect the local rules. This means the rules of the forum games set by their creators. Refusing to follow such "local" rules typically result in the game thread getting derailed and losing its point, and as such, is generally frowned upon.
- No rapidly flashing avatars or excessively long signatures that are not hidden with spoiler tags. This is to keep the user posts looking clean. Generally, signatures larger than 200px in height are to be hidden under a [spoiler]{Spoiler}[/spoiler]
tag.
